Which courses are mandatory for workers?
All workers must attend general training (4 hours) and specific training (4-12 hours based on risk level). Courses for supervisors, fire safety, and first aid are also mandatory for designated personnel.
How often do courses need to be updated?
Worker training requires refresher courses every 5 years (6 hours). Fire safety courses every 5 years, first aid every 3 years. RSPP requires updates every five years.
Can courses be taken online?
General training and part of specific training can be completed via e-learning. Practical courses like fire safety and first aid require in-person attendance.
